Join our small, hardworking team of Customer Service Specialist’s.
Love Shack Boutique is currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering WOW through service to every customer who walks through the door and assisting with generating ideas and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and possess an outgoing personality in conjunction with the ability to be team player.

* Must be 18+ years old
* Offer superior customer service
* Previous retail sales preferred (not required)
* Basic computer skills, as well as being able to use social media. Advanced computer skills a plus.
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge and understanding of the sales operations
* Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
* Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude

We offer a competitive hourly rate, commission, generous discount, paid time off (PTO), medical reimbursement and on-the-job training.
This position will vary from 15-25 hours a week depending on staffing needs. Please do not apply if you are hoping for more hours than described. You must be available to work weekends and workshops/special events.
