4What’s your best seller?
Our most popular items are the We-Vibe, Lelo, Sensuelle, and the Iconic Rabbit Pearl, which fans may remember on the television show Sex and the City.
5Do you carry movies or magazines?
We choose not to carry DVDs or magazines. Love Shack Boutique prides itself in carefully choosing items that do not contain nudity or intimidating content.
6 Do you accept checks?
Currently, Love Shack Boutique accepts cash and all major credit cards.
7What is your returns policy?

Online Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a online store credit or credit card refund, less 20% restocking fee. To use our guarantee program, Click Here to Contact Customer Service. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

In Store Purchase-

Lingerie

We have dressing rooms available for anyone to try on most of our lingerie, so we recommend you try everything on before making your purchase. Also, all of our staff are trained professional corset fitters, we will be more than happy to help you find the most flattering style for your unique figure. If you are purchasing any lingerie as a gift, please let us know when you are checking out so we can make note of it on the receipt. If the gift receiver does not like it or it doesn’t fit we will exchange the item or issue store credit. Original receipt is required for exchange.

Sex Toys

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for most items. While we only carry high quality merchandise from the world’s leading manufacturers of adult products, we do occasionally receive defective merchandise. This is why we make sure to test all adult toys, to make sure it is working before you leave the store. If it doesn’t turn on or work properly we immediately dispose of the item and find you a replacement. We will even send you home with free batteries for your new accessory. Many of our manufacturers, including Evolved, California Exotics, Jopen, We-Vibe and more, offer warranties when you register your product with them. These warranties range from 30 days up to 5 years depending on the toy and manufacturer.
